I have previously been in the Mortgage Banking Industry since 1985 and found working with clients in the Real Estate profession to be a gratifying and rewarding experience.. It is imperative to have good working knowledge all aspects associated with real estate to assure positive results. I believe the Real Estate and the Mortgage industry is one which is in constant change. Our business has changed in direct response to consumer needs. These changes are extremely beneficial. I have previously have been licensed as a FHA/VA and Conventional Underwriter. I am construction Perm certified, FHA 203K, and I hold a real estate license in Ga and NC. In my free time, I enjoy playing music for special events, tennis (USTA/ALTA) and movie editing.
